My Story

Ar Ebrill 11eg eleni fyddai a tua 1,800 o fenywod eraill yn cymryd rhan yn She Ultra Cymru sef 50km o draeth Abersoch i’r Maes ym Mhwlleli. Dwi’n cofio cael fy ysbrydoli llynedd ar ôl gweld uchafbwyntiau’r her a meddwl falle alle ni rhoi tro ar hwn! Sawl peth wedi apelio….Y ffaith nad yw’n ras, ‘bo fi’n cael neud e gyda ffrindiau, a dwi wedi clywed pethe’ da iawn am y gorsafoedd bwyd!!

Fel un o Lysgennhadon Ymchwil Canser Cymru dwi’n gobeithio codi peth arian i’r elusen arbennig yma sydd yn helpu pobl Cymru.

On April 11th this year, I — along with around 1,800 other women I will be taking part in She Ultra Wales- 50km marathon with the course starting on the beach in Abersoch and finishing in The Maes at Pwllheli. I remember being inspired last year after seeing highlights of the challenge and thinking maybe I could give it a go! Several things appealed to me… the fact that it isn’t a race, that I can do it with friends, and I’ve heard very good things about the food stations!!

As one of the Ambassadors for Cancer Research Wales, I’m hoping to raise some money for this special charity which helps people across Wales.
